The Little Victories

Life is full of small victories. Sometimes these victories come from a small gesture, a kind word, or a memory provided at just the right time.

These are some of my small moments, little victories, and triumphant reminders.

Listen to the right voice!

Every voice that tells you that you are inferior, inadequate or otherwise insignificant is a lie.  The VOICE of TRUTH says you are smart enough.  You are wise enough.  You are talented enough.  You are beautiful enough.  You are strong enough. You are blessed.  You are loved.  You are redeemed and forgiven and saved.  You are accepted.  Live with the ever present truth that "you are chosen and loved by the God of the whole universe, fully accepted in Christ," and in Him and through Him you are enough! Love you---

You got it, use it!

We have "His strength, His goodness,
His Spirit, His money," His wisdom, and His glorious riches too.  He has also given "us time, energy,  talents, spiritual gifts," mercy, and grace overflowing.  No holding back--- let's get it.... let's make today terrific... let's do the things that will make the Master speak these words: “Well done, good and faithful servant (Matthew 25:14-30)." Live bold, blessed, and for the Kingdom.  Have a great week!

Marriage to the max

A great repost:

"Marriage offers the maximum amount of commitment, love, passion, joy, and security possible in an opposite-sex relationship. Marriage offers you the best in a romantic relationship from the one true God. Marriage is a sacred relationship in God’s eyes. He will always bless your efforts to improve your marriage and grow your love.

God is not the God of dating forever. He is not the God of endless engagement. He is not the God of living together. He is the God of marriage."

May God help you leave, cleave, and become one with your wife.

Ephesians 5:22‭-‬26‭, ‬28‭, ‬31‭-‬31‭, ‬33 NLT
For wives, this means submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For a husband is the head of his wife as Christ is the head of the church. He is the Savior of his body, the church. As the church submits to Christ, so you wives should submit to your husbands in everything. For husbands, this means love your wives, just as Christ loved the church. He gave up his life for her to make her holy and clean, washed by the cleansing of God’s word.  In the same way, husbands ought to love their wives as they love their own bodies. For a man who loves his wife actually shows love for himself. As the Scriptures say, “A man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one.”  So again I say, each man must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.

Today's choice - splendor of God

Everyday has a choice, so today--- Choose to believe that all things will work out for your good.  Choose to believe that He is good and His plans for your future will bring good to you, and not only you but to your whole family for generations to come.  Choose to speak words of life, hope, joy and truth over every aspect of this day.  And most of all, choose to trust that no matter what---  He is with you always!   I am choosing and praying for a Happy Monday, and an irresistibly beautiful week.  Love you--- Cassius

Happy Hour!

"Don't be drunk with wine, because that will ruin your life. Instead, be filled with the Holy Spirit." Happy hour starts right now! So grab a glass, a mug, a cup, a bucket or a barrel and let God the bartender of grace, the barista of love, and the mixologist of hope and praise and joy fill us till we over flow. May we have a wonderful day marked by a determined "attitude of joy, thankfulness to God," and encouragement focused on His "goodness and His mercies toward us." Have a great day! Love you--- Cassius
Ephesians 5:18 NLT

Good morning Theophilus

May Christ, who is "the visible image of the invisible God" and the One who "existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation," grant us "complete knowledge of his will," "spiritual wisdom and understanding," strength and power, "all the endurance and patience [we] need," great joy, exceedingly rich love, and enduring hope. May Christ bless us from His riches and glory and through His mighty power make this a fantastic day! Love you---

Hit back at life with His promises

Life is real, and life can be hard.  And, sometimes "you may find yourself in an impossible situation. You may feel outnumbered and outmaneuvered. You may want to quit. But for such times, memorize His promises."  Like this one, "The faithful love of the Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning. (Lamentations 3:22‭-‬23)!"   When real life hits hardest, be bold and "ask God to bring this, and all His promises to your mind."  And not just when it is hard and difficult, but at all other times too.  Never forget that God, our "God has power you’ve never seen and strength you’ve never known."   Love you---  (Quotes from Max Lucado, "Unshakable Hope: Building Our Lives On The Promises Of God" Youversion Bible plan and the NLT Bible translation)

I want that life—

I want the best life— I want the Lord is my Shepherd life, the green pastures and still waters life, the cup running over life, and the goodness and mercy following me life.  I want the abundant life— the Good Shepherd led life, the fountain of living water inside life, the never thirsty again life, that once was lost but now I am found life! I want the blessed life— the head and not the tail life, the blessed coming in and going out life, and the blessings of Abraham and David life!  I want my life to be "so drenched with worship and grace" that godly optimism, unhinged hope, uplifting praise and great rejoicing drip from my lips, flow from my heart, and move through me naturally, natively and frequently.

Yes, I want the best possible life—  a life in Christ filled with His love, ovations, "appreciation, words of encouragement," and my expressions of thanksgiving and praise. I want the best life possible— the abundant life!  And I want that life for you too!

Love you--- Cassius

Wonderful Wednesday! 10.03.18

May the Eternal One fill us with His "tenderhearted mercy, kindness, and gentleness," fill us with the richness, riches and fullness of Christ, and fill us - heart, mind, and soul - with "psalms and hymns and spiritual songs" from thankful hearts.

May the wonderful Name of Jesus Christ our Lord bring us peace, grace, and joy forever.

May "God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ" give us power, wisdom, hope rising and love unending, and all that we need to do remarkable and amazing things today.

"May God’s grace be eternally upon [us,]" because we live in, and for, the love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

May the full delight and bottomless joy of Christ make today a wonderful Wednesday.

Love you--- Cassius
